01 | On-Site Consultation

Meet one-on-one at your property with one of our designers so we can walk through your wants and needs for your design vision. During this consultation, we’ll get all the background information about you and your property so that we can customize a scope of work specific to your project.

02 | Design Concept

We’ll take your design desires and turn them into a visual design concept to show you how we can bring your ideas to life. We know that interior design changes can be hard for people to imagine in their mind’s eye so we create mood and concept boards that so you can better visualize the design direction for your project.

03 | Sourcing + Specification

Once you’re excited about the design concept, we find the exact items you need and provide you with detailed specifications so you know what you need, where to find it, and how it all fits into your budget.

04 | Design Presentation

We’ll walk you through your design project during an in-person or virtual meeting. At this time, we will also provide you with product samples (when available) so you can get a real world feel for the design choices we’ve made and answer any questions you may have so that you are fully prepared to implement the design plan with the help of your contractor.

Finish + Material Selection

Whether you’re designing for resale or creating your dream home, the finishes and materials you use will set the tone for your property for years to come. As a permanent part of your property’s style, the choices you make will have an impact on it’s value and appeal.

We create finish and material selection packages that are beautifully balanced and provide a sense of harmony and cohesiveness throughout the home. Our designers will select paint colors, cabinetry finish/style, flooring, countertops and other “hard finish” selections based on the needs of your project.

Please note: Unless a Letter of Agreement with Ki Spaces is signed for a more comprehensive design service, there will be no additional services provided following delivery of your finalized specification log.
