Our online booking system makes scheduling your home staging service seamless and easy. Our process and pricing is clear and transparent so there’s no need for long, expensive consultations or tedious back and forth emailing to get on our schedule or send you a proposal.

01 | PRE-STAGING

We visit your property before installation day to gather the information we need to craft a custom design that will appeal to the right buyer.

We’ll access the property using the lockbox information you provide during booking so that you don’t have to take time out of your busy day to meet us there.

02 | INSTALLATION

Our designer and logistics team deliver, set up, and style all the furniture and decor needed to make potential buyers feel at home.

Then our professional photographers capture the stunning images that will make your property stand out online.

03 | DE-STAGING

We quickly and carefully remove all the staged furniture and decor to prepare for your closing.

One Day Stage

A Designer alternative to virtual staging

Our One Day Stage is superior to virtual staging because it provides potential buyers with a trustworthy reference point for how they can live in the home. Since the furniture and decor are physically in the home when the photos are taken, the photos provide realistic images to help potential buyers envision themselves living there.

Most buyers start their property search online so high quality photos that showcase a property’s curb appeal are key. While best practice is to leave a home staged until after an offer is accepted and due diligence is completed, a one day stage is a much better alternative to virtual staging or not staging at all.

The One Day Stage follows the same process as our full staging with the key difference being that installation and de-staging are completed on the same day. Your One Day Stage experience is complete when we provide you with the edited, high resolution images to use in your MLS listing and promotional materials.
